As a global citizen, Kaysaree is a business entrepreneur whose experiences span the Chemical, Banking, Information Technology and Business Consulting industries. She excels in leading large complex multifaceted projects. Additionally, she has a sound academic background with substantial skills in research, development, trouble-shooting and analysis. In her career she has established businesses successfully and assisted organizations develop and implement difficult turn-around strategies. Her strengths include excellent interpersonal skills and nature of commitment to tasks at hand. She has sound investments in property and in fund management.

Business-wise, after establishing and managing her own investment company, she built a multi-million Rand-Dollar BP fuel franchise after earning her MBA amongst many other accolades. Thereafter, Kaysaree stumbled upon Higher-Self learning in her research with developing the whole being. Extensive learning and facilitating from workshops and group sessions allowed Kaysaree to truly explore the idea of Identity and Belonging, paving the way for her work in education and youth mentorship programs in many parts of South Africa. Her main focus was in her local province, Gauteng, then from Finetown to Soweto to Sandton. As the founder of Gauteng Forum Network (South Africa) in 2004, she encouraged “Community Champions” (leaders) with fellow and peer support amongst many community leaders and caregivers, teaching skills in leadership and leading circles of skills transfer. Kaysaree has worked with African Chiefs all the way to social workers and youth-led projects. Her passion for civic duty further transpired when she directed the “Million Man March” (South Africa) in 2006, a successful five-million-person endeavor.

Continuing, in 2011, Kaysaree successfully transitioned with her family in their first international move from Johannesburg, South Africa to Atlanta, Georgia. While supporting her family and their endeavors in a new community, Kaysaree did not neglect her research. She continued her insight into education by volunteering at numerous elementary and high school workshops, engaging with children on their terms in order to interpret the best learning techniques for them. The long hours and attentive interaction paid off as Kaysaree internalized her own emotionally creative learning, that she intends to share with the world.

Daily, Kaysaree practices soul coaching between Atlanta, Georgia, and Johannesburg, South Africa. It is not uncommon to find her discussing her latest insights with her two teenage daughters and husband Dr. D.G. Moodley. Amidst her coaching, she carves out time for her research in global education and esoteric/philosophy networking. She kindles a particular interest in “soul coaching” and “interconnectedness,” both of which go hand in hand with systemic thinking – an integral building block for ecl. Kaysaree has expanded her training and experience in the Traditional Financial Investment world to Investment in The Self and the Return on Investment (ROI) thereof.
